Kidnapped by Nefarious Zeta Reticuli

​When I want to communicate with my Guides, I will say out loud that I wish to communicate in my dreams before I go to bed. This usually produces some sort of vivid dreams, followed by my waking up hearing a song play on my “Spiritual Jukebox.” There are deep messages that come out of this type of communication with the other side, and I want to share them with the world.
 
On this night in particular, I did not ask for any specific communication, but still received a download of information. I believe it was brought about because of the book I had started to read the night before. I have heard from more than one source that by simply reading words out of a book can trigger a download, and this experience I share with you now is no different.
